Kubernetes & Cloud Security

Kubernetes security,
done right and done quickly.

A two-week, fixed-price audit of your cluster. You get a clear report, ranked findings, and exactly what to fix first — without slowing your team down.

The Reality

Your cluster shipped.
Security is still on the list.

Most engineering teams know their Kubernetes setup has gaps. The ones that get fixed are the ones a real review surfaces — and most teams haven’t had one.

Not because it doesn’t matter. Because the alternatives are either a six-figure enterprise engagement or hiring full-time security talent that’s hard to find and harder to keep.

We built Senturion to fill that gap. Two engineers, two weeks, one clear answer.

We focus on a small number of things and do them well.

Kubernetes Security Audit

A complete picture of your cluster’s security posture in two weeks — with a roadmap your team will actually use.

We assess your Kubernetes environment against the frameworks that matter — CIS Benchmarks, established hardening practices, and the configuration patterns that cause real incidents. Then we give you a written report you’d be comfortable handing to your board: an executive summary, ranked findings with context, and a remediation plan that’s prioritized by impact rather than alphabetized by tool output.

Azure Cloud Security Review

The Azure misconfigurations that quietly become incidents — found before they do.

Cloud environments accumulate risk over time. Identities get over-permissioned. Storage rules drift. Logging gaps appear in places no one thinks to look. We review your Azure subscription end-to-end — identity, network, data, monitoring — and deliver a prioritized findings report focused on what actually matters to your business.

Ongoing Security Advisory

A security partner on retainer — without the cost of a full-time hire.

After an audit, most teams know what to fix. The hard part is keeping up. Our retainer gives you direct, async access to our team — for the design review before you ship, the quick question about a new IAM role, the quarterly check-in to see where you stand. It’s the relationship a startup needs and rarely has.

Format Async · 48-hr response
Commitment 3-month minimum
Investment $2,000 – $3,500 / mo

Engineering Support

When you need it built, not just audited.

Some teams need a partner who can implement — harden a CI/CD pipeline, write the policy-as-code that enforces what the audit recommended, build the internal tooling that closes a recurring gap. We take on scoped engineering work for teams we already know, on a fixed-price basis with clear deliverables. Not staff augmentation. Not a retainer. A defined project, done well.

Format Scoped sprints
Eligibility Existing relationships
Investment $3,000 – $8,000 / sprint

Four things you won’t find in a typical consulting engagement.

/ 01

We’re engineers first.

We’ve built and run Kubernetes in production. When we surface a misconfiguration, we can tell you what fixing it actually involves — because we’ve done it.

/ 02

Fixed price means fixed price.

Every engagement has a defined scope, a defined deliverable, and a defined price. You’ll never get an invoice that surprises you.

/ 03

Async by design.

We work in writing. We don’t fill your calendar. Teams in any time zone get the same quality of work as teams next door.

/ 04

You work with the people doing the work.

No account manager between you and the engineers writing your report. The people who assess your cluster are the people you talk to.

Who you’re working with.

Co-Founder

Cameron builds and operates production Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native data platforms. He holds a CKA and CompTIA Security+ and is pursuing CKS. Day to day, he works on a self-hosted Kubernetes data lake — Iceberg, Spark, Trino — so the systems he audits aren’t theoretical to him.
